According to the divorce court papers the killer was thought to have been married to betray him with another man.
According to court documents Javier Cazarez and Petra Maribel have been married for nearly 28 years and Cazarez oldest on divorce in December 2017 and ended in June.
In one of the documents, the husband says: "The reasons for our divorce because my wife betray me and deceive me ... I want the judge to give me a call to see the messages sent by my wife and her.
Cazarez got a personal loan from a person named Elizio Casares in 2010 and is one of the victims in the accident.
The time period between murders is too short for only 10 to 15 minutes
Police chief Sheriff Donny said the crimes were ongoing and said another person appeared at the scene after the suspect killed his wife but the suspect killed the person outside the transport company. According to the investigation, the suspect left the area and went to a nearby house. They then shot a car for his master and child and drove the car to the Edison Expressway where the officer confronted him and put the gun on his chest and killed himself and the child and the woman were not killed.
Javier Cazarez was associated with Fresno County and lived in Kerman from 1996 to 2007.

The second victim, Petra Maribel Polanos de Casares, 45 years old
The third victim, Antonio Valades, is 50 years old
The fourth victim is Laura Garcia, 31 years old
The fifth victim and Eliseo Garcia 56 years father of the wife
The couple have four children, two of whom are currently minors.
The police will conduct an investigation with 30 persons to gather information
