Michael Chadwick Fry, the man accused of ramming a pickup truck In a wall of FOX 4 studios in Dallas, threw boxes of paper around the street and "ranting" about treason, was arrested before.
Before Fry claimed his truck at FOX4 on Wednesday, he was arrested after he violating a DUI conviction during an incident that left his friend dead.

Fry was charged with deliberately wrecking his truck next to the FOX 4 studios in Dallas early Wednesday morning and then jumped out of the car and "scream".
Fox News reports - Brandon Todd FOX 4 reporter said Fry stood outside the building shouting something about “high treason,” ranting about a sheriff’s department and holding up papers against windows,
Pictures show Fry in handcuffs and leaves surrounded by a hula, with the truck sticking out of a broken window. Two large windows can be broken next to the truck. The man returned and hit the window more than once.
According to NBCDFW, Fry was riding in a car, overturned on a police car during a routine traffic stop.
"Roberto Carlos and Michael Chadwick Fry were in the car and Hernandez was in the driver's seat when he put the car in the opposite direction and hit a patrol car officer according to the officer's office." The Deputy opened fire and shot Hernandez several times, "NBCDFW Reports
Hernandez later died in hospital and Fry was arrested and taken to jail for probation violation on a DWI conviction.

According to NBCDFW, Fry was riding in a car, overturned on a police car during a routine traffic stop.
The Denton County Police Department said a deputy dropped over a white Honda Accord for speeding. Sharif's office said the suspects would not leave the car.
Hernandez later died in hospital and Fry was arrested and taken to jail for probation violation on a DWI conviction.

Debra Webb, general information officer at Dallas police, said the officers called Fry and took him to custody "without any incident."
Fry described him as being "agitated mental state" during the incident, according to Fox. He will face charges for criminal mischief , According to Webb
Webb said, responding to a question if the man was targeting the media,“It’s just concerning to matter matter what the building is or who is outside We’re really lucky today no one was injured.”
Webb said: Fry left a lot of flyers that were "mostly skipping", referring to the 2012 incident which left Rodriguez Meta.

At about 8:15 am police officers were seen inspecting the truck and the suspicious bag and the dogs checked the parked cars at the station's parking lot and nearby, According to the station, no injuries were reported in the incident that occurred before 7 am Eastern Time.
Reporter Shannon Murray tweeted and said: "A scary moment this morning when a man drove his car to our building we have been evacuated and the bomb squad is investigating.
The papers referenced the incident that took place in 2012 when Fry’s associate Hernandez was killed, Written on it “we need the calvary.. They tryed to kill me, and they missed and hit him. They have been trying to kill me for years now,”

Police said the papers were inside the truck and the incident caused the Dallas Rapid Transit County, where the bus and train service was suspended to the downtown area, according to NBCDFW.
