The suspect, Snochia Moseley, 26, from Baltimore County, was diagnosed with mental illness in 2016. "This is as far as I go," Jeffrey Garler, the Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler, told reporters on Friday. Refused to give further details about her mental state.
He said Moseley had become increasingly troubled in recent weeks, and his relatives were worried about her well-being.

He told The Washington Post of the shooter: ‘Normally, she was a nice person, but she came in in a bad mood. She wanted to pick a fight.
‘And then she started shooting.’
Snochia Moseley described herself as a transsexual
Maryland shooting suspect Snochia Moseley listed their favorite quote on Facebook as An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.
The authorities and court records identified Mosley as a female, as she did on Facebook. But in Coole's Facebook messages with the Baltimore Sun, Moseley described herself as a transsexual, although it was not clear whether Mosley preferred to be taken with male or female consonants.
In the messages that the friend said in December 2016, Moseley described him as a transit man and discussed the start of hormone therapy soon.
"I just started talking about [our being transgender]," Moseley wrote in another letter. "My sister is completely supportive, and my brothers already had an idea, my mom had not gotten around to recognizing her yet.
Moseley also included the Bible verse, also known as the Law of Revenge, under "Favorite Quotations" and described herself as "a beautiful lie, a kind of mature, silly, partisan, attuned, social and sometimes calm and psychological kind of personality."

Musley graduated from Overlea High School in Baltimore County in 2011.
According to a spokesman for Baltimore County Schools, Moseley graduated from Overlea High School in 2011. She enrolled in the Baltimore County Community College but did not get a degree.
Police also reported that the 9-mm Glock used in the shooting had been recorded for Moseley and had no criminal history.
According to Snochia Moseley Facebook page, she lived in Baltimore and is from Trenton, New Jersey.

In six days at the end of August and the beginning of September, Moseley was stopped by the Baltimore County Police three times at White Marsh Corner between Baltimore Beltway and Highway 95, according to online court records.Moseley, who drives the 2005 Ford, has issued tickets for things including the lack of existing recording boards. The presence of a suspended register failed to update its address with the Ministry of Value Added; and the lack of insurance.
On September 14, the courts received a request to submit cases for trial, according to Internet records.

Moseley fired twice. Sharif told 11 News Team 11 that an employee from the warehouse, realizing that the suspect had fallen, took his gun away before leaving the building. Moseley was alive when police arrived. She died in hospital.
