Wife Trying To Fight off Hubby Before He Threw Her out Window - In Brazil
Terrifying footage of "Tatiane Spitzner" appears as she drives away from Louis Manfeller chasing her through an underground garage.
Police said she was riding in an elevator where she was beaten with punches and kicks before being choked to death and thrown from the fourth-floor balcony.
Prosecutors said the horrifying footage later showed a 32-year-old university biology lecture that conveys the lifeless body of his wife in the elevator and cleans the traces of blood outside the walls.
Manfeller, who is awaiting trial, claims his wife jumped to end her life after an argument - but forensic experts concluded on Thursday that she had died of suffocation.
The body of the 29-year-old bloody investigator was found inside the couple's apartment in Guarabwafa, southern Brazil, on July 22.
Forensic experts estimate that Ms. Spitzer faced a violent end and was strangled to death while desperately trying to defend herself.
She had a fingerprint of a pair of hands on her throat, a broken lobe bone, at the front of the neck.
The lawyer also suffered from multiple fractures to the rest of her body in line with the fall of 40 feet on concrete paving.
According to the report, there was no "evidence of any chemical reactions" such as the effects of adrenaline and cortisol hormone in her body, indicating fear and awareness of the decline on Earth.
In testimony of the accused to the police, he declared himself "innocent", affirmed that Tatiane threw himself from the apartment and says that he "loves very much".
"The image of my wife throwing herself from the balcony does not leave my head ... She still gets hammering at the images [of her playing] because I am innocent, I love her very much," declared Luis Felipe.
