A suspicious package was sent to Robert de Niro’s in New York's Tribeca

TRIBECA, Manhattan - Investigators found three other suspicious packages on Thursday addressed to Robert De Niro and Joe Biden as the search for insurgents targeting the country's liberal elite, including Obama, Clinton, CNN, is intensifying.

Police gathered in a building linked to a De Niro car in New York early Thursday after finding a suspicious package addressed to the Hollywood actor.

New York police commissioner James O'Neill said on Twitter the police had sent the parcel to a safe facility in the Bronx.

The FBI said on Thursday the parcels were "similar in appearance with others."

In addition to the five packages referenced in our earlier statement, we have now confirmed two additional packages, both addressed to Rep. Maxine Waters, that are similar in appearance.

De Niro was one of Trump's most vocal critics and launched a major attack on the president at the Tony Awards in June. In response, Trump described him as a "very low IQ individual."

He also criticized Biden Trump, as happened last week, saying Trump might not "know what he was doing" and promote dictators.

None of the devices were encountered before being intercepted and no injuries were reported when the authorities specifically searched for the suicide bomber.

Ten packages have so far been found in New York, Washington, DC, Florida and California.

The Tribeca building contains a representative of Tribeca Grill and Tribeca Enterprise Films. The New York Police fire brigade closed the surrounding streets to remove the device in a full containment container.

A retired police officer working with the Tribeca Center was unemployed when a similar picture was taken to CNN and reported to the police at about 4:00 pm.

De Niro told CNN that the incidents were "very disturbing and frightening."
